Floor plans with LUXplan

Draw floor and site plans on iPad by sketching, photographing an existing plan or scanning the rooms, then put them in your client's branding.

Updated 19 October 2026

LUXplan is our iPad app for floor and site plans. It is free to download from the App Store.

Three ways to start a plan

  • Sketch it. Draw with the Apple Pencil. Walls, doors, windows and fixtures are recognised as you draw, and rooms measure and label themselves.
  • Ingest an existing plan. Photograph the plan the builder or agency already has, and the AI reads its rooms and dimensions into an editable drawing.
  • Scan the rooms. Walk the rooms with LUXscan on an iPhone 15 Pro or later and bring the scan across. LUXscan is free too.

Edit and brand it

Every floor plan stays fully editable in the app. When it is finished, the brand switcher puts it in your client's branding, so nobody has to redraw it.

Deliver it with the job

Give the job a product that includes Floorplan Services and upload the finished plan in that uploader. It goes straight into the album, ready to share with the photos. See Uploading a shoot.

What a floor plan costs

On a LUXengine plan, a finished floor plan uses 150 credits from your monthly allowance. Without a LUXengine plan, a finished floor plan is US$10 as an in-app purchase. See How credits work.
