LUXengine was born inside BWRM, a working real estate media production house delivering thousands of finished images a week for agencies across Australia and Europe. We didn't study this industry from the outside. We live the 2am deadlines, the brand guides and the campaigns that have to hold up everywhere they run.
That production heritage is why LUXengine edits rather than invents, delivers full resolution rather than previews, and treats your brand as a specification rather than a preset. We built the tool we always wished we had. Now it's yours.
CEO
Guy started as an electrician in heavy industry, then applied that discipline of systems, process and getting it right the first time to real estate media. Starting as a real estate photographer 19 years ago, he built BWRM into Australia’s largest real estate photography network, the production house LUXengine was born in. Tech, process and people, in that order of obsession.
CTO
Andrew built the AI image model and the video system at the heart of LUXengine. He has been automating this industry longer than most people have known it was possible, starting with our video team’s first Premiere plugin. Real footage in, finished films out, no human bottleneck in between.
CIO
Dave came up through IT before picking up a camera, and it shows. He managed the design, build, delivery and expansion of the LUXengine software platform, all while running BWRM Sunshine Coast and shooting real estate every week. He lives on both sides of the product: the systems that drive the pipeline and the daily reality of shoots, deadlines and keeping agents happy. If a workflow survives Dave, it ships.
Product Innovation
Edward leads product innovation at LUXengine. He was instrumental in bringing the BWRM production house online and designs the creative workflows the platform is built on. He also leads BWRM in France, shooting prestige property across the southwest, so every workflow he designs gets tested on real shoots first.
