How LUXengine bills you each month, what the bill includes, and how to ask about a charge.

How you are billed
LUXengine bills through Stripe, in US dollars, to the card you sign up with. Each month's bill has your plan fee and any extra credits you used past your allowance.
Asking about a charge
Email hello@luxengine.com with:
- the service ID, the 6-character code shown beside each service on the job, such as 4QGK2B,
- the property address, and
- which charge you are asking about.
Missing details slow the review down.
Common questions
What currency am I billed in?
US dollars.
What goes on my monthly bill?
Your plan fee, plus any extra credits you used past your allowance.
