Privacy Policy

LUXengine ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through luxengine.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you join our launch list or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, and any message you include. If you book a demo, the booking service collects the details you enter there.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) to keep the site secure and reliable.
Payment information. We do not collect or store card details. If and when paid plans are available, payments will be processed by a dedicated payment provider (such as Stripe), and your card details will go directly to them under their own privacy policy.
Content and job data. If you use the LUXengine platform, you send us the material we need to do the work: photographs, video, floor plans, property addresses, the details of the agents and agencies you deliver to, and any brand guidelines or look preferences you configure. The section below explains how we handle it.
Your content and your clients' data
You own it. Uploading files to LUXengine does not transfer ownership of your images, video or client information to us. You keep every right you had before, and you are free to take your work elsewhere.
What we use it for. We use your content to run the jobs you ask us to run: processing images and video, producing the deliverables, and making them available through your client portal. We use the associated details, including addresses, client and agent records and brand settings, to organise jobs, deliver campaigns to the right people and raise invoices. That is the whole list.
Training and improving the models. We use the content you send us to operate the service and to improve it, and that includes training and refining the models that do the editing. Your images and video, together with the corrections and change requests made when work is reviewed, may be used as training material. This is how the pipeline gets better at the job you are paying it to do, and every improvement flows back to you and to everyone else on the platform. We are telling you this plainly rather than burying it, because you should know it before you upload.
By uploading content you confirm you have the rights needed to allow this, including any rights held by the property owners, agents or agencies involved. If you are unsure how that sits with your own client agreements, email hello@luxengine.com before you send us work.
What we never do with it. We do not sell your content, your client lists or your contact records. We do not license your images to third parties. We do not publish them or use them in our own marketing without asking you first. We do not share them with anyone other than the service providers who host, process and deliver the work on our behalf, under contract and only for that purpose. Training happens inside our own systems.
Your clients are yours. Property owners, agents and agencies whose details pass through the platform are your contacts, not ours. We do not market to them and we do not use them to build our own database.
Where it lives. Content is stored with reputable cloud providers. We can tell you which providers and which regions on request.
Retention and deletion. We keep finished work and job records while your account is active, so that you and your clients can reach delivered campaigns, plus a limited period afterwards for backups and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete specific jobs or your entire account at any time by emailing hello@luxengine.com.
How we use your information

- To send you launch updates and product news you signed up for. Every email includes a way to opt out.
- To operate, secure and improve the website and our services.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except for the service providers who help us run the business (hosting, email, payments, booking) and only for that purpose.
Storage and security
Your information is stored with reputable cloud providers and protected by industry-standard safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data and limit access to it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email hello@luxengine.com and we will act on your request promptly. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law (including the Australian Privacy Principles and the GDPR), and nothing in this policy limits them.
Cookies
The site uses only the minimal storage needed to remember preferences such as your light or dark theme choice. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
